When should I order?
Preorder by Monday, November 23, 2026, unless sold out earlier. Orders close at 11:59 p.m. HST that Monday.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Cancellation and refund requests are accepted through Monday, November 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. HST. Call your pickup restaurant to request a cancellation or refund. Requests must be received by the deadline.
Is the dinner hot or chilled?
All dinners are picked up chilled, with easy reheating instructions. Plan time to reheat before serving.
Is tax included?
Yes. The Standard Box is $199 and the Bigger Box is $249, tax included. All listed extras also include tax.
What comes in the Bigger Box?
Everything in the Standard Box, plus Two Smoked turkey legs, White cheddar mac 'n' cheese, and 8 pieces of buttered corn on the cob. Both boxes include 2.5 lb Smoked turkey breast and six Hawaiian sweet rolls.
Can I order extra food?
Yes. Add extra smoked turkey breast, turkey legs, brisket, sides, rolls, or pumpkin pie to a dinner box. Brisket is sold in one-pound increments.
What about dietary questions or order changes?
Please contact your selected pickup restaurant before purchasing if you have dietary questions. The Brussels sprouts contain brisket tallow, and the whipped cream contains whiskey. Call your pickup restaurant for order questions. Cancellation and refund requests must be received by Monday, November 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. HST.
